Painting The Past Exhibition

St David’s Cathedral Cloisters
Macquarie Street, Hobart, Tasmania
: :
From 2021, Ruth Bosveld and Fiona Verdouw took regular painting trips throughout southern Tasmania.
Their mission: To discover old churches - many no longer in use - and capture their charm in oil paint.
From April 9th, this collection of plein air paintings, with a brief history of each church, will be on display at St David’s Cathedral cloisters.

Road Trip: Solo Exhibition
JULY 15 - AUG 15 : Road Trip - Solo Show
CuckoO etc.
17 Mary Street, Cygnet Tasmania
Take a mini-break with this collection of small works.
Based upon views discovered whilst driving Tasmania's picturesque highways, each work is a brief moment: A glance from a car window or a quick picture taken at a road-side stop.
Individually, each painting is a scenic snap-shot.
Viewed collectively, they come together to form a charming Tassie Road Trip.
