ABOUT COMMISSIONS
I have a particular scene I'd like to have painted by you. Do you accept commissions like this?
I paint a limited number of commissions each year, and would be happy to discuss your hopes and preferences for your own unique original painting.
The painting I wanted to buy has been sold – Can you paint me another one?
Depending on the painting in question, I will, at times, recreate paintings more than once.
There will, of course, be slight variations - which makes every painting a genuine original.
For more general information or to be sent a current price list, contact me and I can take you through the process of commissioning your own painting.
I really love a particular painting but I'd like it at a different size. Could you paint a new one in a different format for me?
Yes, this is also a possibility, but may depend on the painting in question.
Please be aware that this will affect the price of the painting and its (optional) framing and shipping costs.
ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
YES. Costs for shipping varies depending on your order and location.
For best delivery prices, contact me with your delivery address and I will calculate the most accurate shipping prices for your order. Any taxes levied will be paid by you.
Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
NO. Paintings cannot be delivered to a post office box.
When will my purchase be shipped to me?
Once framed, artwork ships within 5 business days.
Please allow for 2-3 weeks nationally, and up to 3 months internationally, depending on where the final destination is.
Can I track my parcel?
YES. All original paintings and larger prints can be tracked through the post. When your artwork leaves my studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number attached to it - so you can keep an eye on things from your end.
Do I need to be at home to receive my art?
NOT REALLY. Unless you have specifically requested (in the checkout process, or via email) to receive your art with a signature on delivery, it will be delivered to your door as per regular post.
ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns and give refunds?
YES - I understand that, for whatever reason, things just don’t work out. So if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, send it back within 14 days of receiving it, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Notable exceptions to this are commissions, sale items and prints that have been removed from their packaging (these are susceptible to marks and / or creases, which means I cannot then re-sell them).
Return shipping will need to be paid by you.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to receive instructions.
How do I return artwork?
EASY! Simply contact me to request a refund and I'll take you through the process of returning the artwork.
Use the original packing materials that your artwork came in when re-packaging and returning your order.
Once I receive the returned item, I will refund your account for the price of the artwork.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of your purchase date to get a credit or refund on the purchase price. Your order should be re-packaged in the original packaging and returned in like-new (undamaged) condition. PLEASE NOTE: Outgoing or return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
